Job Objectives:

·       Effective management of Facilities, Contractors & Service Provider Staff and all resources and aspects relating to these departments at Centurion DC site

·       Assist implementation of complete safety policies and committees in accordance with OHS Act

·       Building and maintaining of process and procedures of each role within the department

·       Ensure functionality of the Distributor and office blocks

·       To implement a pro-active land and building maintenance program

·       Ensure accurate and up to date Databases are maintained Continuous improvement of the data captured, stored, and reported.

·       Ensure that all assets are cleaned and assigned to relevant departments.

·       Maintain all assets on site and ensure they are in full working condition.

·       Coordinate site Health & Safety and Compliance audits

·       Mange site Health and safety compliance

·       Manage overall Centurion DC site maintenance.

·       Administration & Management of the Facilities and 4Me for services & facilities; to provide management with effective and accurate reporting.

·       Effective management and training of the staff

·       KPA’s to be completed for all staff timeously, with indicated needs for training and development, performance management.

·       Ensure professional and efficient customer contact.

·       Monthly reports to the Department Head

·       Present and compile Capex Requests for Centurion DC

·       Cost Centre accountability and management.
