Job Description


The Regional Manager for Gauteng, reporting to the National Sales Manager and the Sales and Marketing, will oversee the business unit to drive profitable growth through strategic planning, execution, and leadership.
 
You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management or a related field (NQF 7), with an Honors degree (NQF 8) as an advantage.
 
A minimum of 6-8 years in Sales and Marketing within the manufacturing industry, including at least three years in a supervisory role, is essential.
 
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP systems, Salesforce, and other job-specific software is required, along with a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
 
You must demonstrate leadership, relationship-building, customer focus, resilience, problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills.
 
Responsibilities include managing regional sales activities, executing brand awareness initiatives, enhancing channel partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with warranty and sales protocols.
 
The role demands proactive customer engagement and the ability to develop and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and profitability targets.
 
Preferred candidates will exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment while maintaining a results-driven approach.
