What you will do:

• Develop creative concepts for retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. Focus on engaging customers and enhancing brand visibility
• Produce high-quality materials like posters, brochures, signage, and event branding. Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines, maintain consistency, and ensure client satisfaction
• Apply expertise in typography, layout, color, and branding. Stay updated on design trends to keep work fresh and relevant
• Work with creative, marketing, and account teams to achieve campaign goals. Foster open communication and idea sharing to enhance outputs
• Balance innovation with client needs to create engaging designs that improve customer experiences and strengthen brands
• Aim for award-worthy designs and inspire teams and clients with exceptional work.

What you must have:

•  Bachelor’s in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• Seven-plus years in design, preferably in retail or agency settings, with an award-winning portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, expertise in retail marketing and branding, attention to detail, and high-quality work delivery
• Experience in retail shopping center campaigns or large retail clients; recipient of notable design awards
