Job Description
To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of the brand in terms of its facilities, staff, growth of the business (sales), overall finances and student service delivery.
KEY RESULTS:
Implement the national sales strategy and achieve campus sales targets.
To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor
a high standard of quality and excellence.
Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students’ achievements correlate with the expectations from industry.
EXPERIENCE:
A qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing
3-5 years’ experience in management activities of a small to middle size company
Proven track record in growing sales of a business
