This role involves crafting thoughtful communications, answering queries, and creating meaningful connections with equestrian clients.
Expect hands-on onboarding and a bit of chaos, but if you thrive on horses, adventure, and pushing limits, this role is for you. You’ll travel to events, live simply, and deliver world-class experiences alongside our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle emails, calls, messages, and chats promptly.
- Drive sales by guiding potential customers toward bookings.
- Manage boxes, volunteers, freelancers, and travel arrangements.
- Suggest improvements to processes and assist with operational tasks.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organization, IT proficiency, and proactive problem-solving.
- Flexibility to cover weekends during events.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to basic living conditions during events.
