Hands-on management of people and processes within a top quality, pressurised litho print finishing department – print manufacture.
Required:
- Qualified, experienced litho print finishing manager with solid hands-on experience gained in a medium to large print shop – top quality litho print
- Lots of hand-finishing processes to be managed – hands-on finishing of wobblers, posters, folders etc
- Able to train and mentor staff
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of all litho print finishing equipment essential – binding, collating, hand finishing, punching
- Able to operate in an environment with exacting quality standards
- Own transport, valid licence.
