Your role:

We’re seeking a proactive, tech-savvy sales and business development manager with a keen interest in AI and digital innovation. In this role, you’ll lead business development initiatives targeting high-value clients for our pay-per-lead, digital marketing, and AI services. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships and partnerships, expanding our reach, and refining sales processes to scale our impact locally and globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on our digital marketing, lead generation, and AI solutions.
  • Identify and approach businesses that will benefit from AI-enhanced lead reactivation, pay-per-lead models, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on AI-based offerings.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and technology teams to align sales with active campaigns and product innovations.
  • Regularly analyse sales activity, providing insights to improve market fit and optimise AI-driven client solutions.

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, especially in digital marketing or related services.
  • A solid understanding of lead generation models, and digital marketing strategies, and an enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for adapting to client needs.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth through innovative technology.
