Senior professional officer
TCOE salary: Commencing from R1,005,233 to R1,363,842 per annum

Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor of arts in graphic design or similar field.
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience with graphics, preferably in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience in videography, photography, and animation is advantageous.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Key performance areas:
- Provide creative input and assist in developing strategic communications projects within the water and sanitation directorate.
- Design and develop water and sanitation promotional material aligned with corporate guidelines and approved by corporate communications.
- Prepare scamps and storyboards, discuss them with clients and supervisors, and implement changes as needed for approval.
- Ensure timely production and distribution of graphic materials for the directorate.
- Coordinate with clients, both internal and external, to brainstorm and determine graphic needs for water and sanitation projects.
- Present concepts to clients within scope and authority.
- Draft routine correspondence and reports, respond to enquiries, and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage information technology requirements within the functional area, ensuring the unit has relevant hardware and software.
- Provide financial support by assisting with procurement, offering financial information, and ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
