What will you do: 

As the chief marketing officer, you will:

  • Shape the Vision: Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to position the destination as a premier sustainable choice.
  • Build the Brand: Enhance and oversee iconic brands that inspire local and global audiences.
  • Embrace Technology: Pioneer digital transformation using AI, VR/AR, and data analytics to revolutionise destination marketing.

Minimum requirements

  • 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including five-plus years in senior leadership.
  • A background in tourism, destination marketing, or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in building and monetising marketing strategies through partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
