Insurance Sales Agent

Our client, an established insurance company, is seeking a young, outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join their team full-time as an insurance sales agent in the Pretoria East area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to grow the client base
• Canvass for new business opportunities
• Conduct client needs analyses
• Manage and meet set targets for client phone calls, appointments, and quotations
• Engage in continuous self-development
• Keep all reporting up to date

Training

• Insurance training will be provided
• An R8000 training allowance will be paid in month one

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Matric certificate
• Prior sales experience
• Driver’s licence and own transport (non-negotiable)
• Clean criminal record
• Clean credit score (no judgments)
• Computer literate with experience in MS Office
• Willingness to travel across South Africa
• Energetic, target-driven, self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and in a team
