Mid-level Paid Media Manager (CPT Hybrid)
Job Description
ENVIRONMENT:
TAKE full ownership of your client portfolio, overseeing everything from onboarding and tracking coordination to campaign setup and ongoing optimisations as the next Mid-level Paid Media Manager sought by a rapidly growing Digital Agency to join its team. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in Paid Ads Management, with a strong focus on Facebook/Meta & Google Ads. The role is 85% Social Ads Management and 15% Google Ads Management. You will require a Facebook/Meta Blueprint & Google Ads Certification, a Digital Marketing/Marketing qualification with experience in Lead Generation Campaign Management, eCommerce Campaign Management, Paid Media Strategy, Account Setup & Ad Copywriting/Editing. A passion for data analysis and a keen eye for maximising return on investment are essential to succeed in this position.
DUTIES:
- Daily campaign management and optimization (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance).
- Monthly media planning.
- Troubleshooting Paid ads issues.
- Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports via Excel and a reporting tool.
- Onboarding new Paid ads accounts.
- Send Paid invoices to clients.
- Ad copy editing.
- Campaign budget management.
- Ad hoc admin tasks related to Paid ads.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
- Facebook/Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Digital Marketing or Marketing qualification.
Experience/Skills –
- Lead Generation Campaign Management.
- eCommerce Campaign Management.
- Paid Media Strategy.
- Paid Media Account Set Up.
- Target Audience Set Up.
- Knowledge of tracking requirements for conversion and app ads.
- Ad Copywriting/Editing.
- Reporting and Analysing Data.
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience using the below tools & platforms:
- Facebook/MetaAds (Preferably 3+ years)
- Google Ads (Preferably 3+ years)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Setting up Paid ads accounts (Preferably Facebook/Meta & Google)
- Dashthis Reporting Tool (or similar)
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Tracking set-up and implementation of the tag/pixels
- Asana Project Management Tool (or similar)
