Head Mechanic/Workshop Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced head mechanic/workshop manager to lead our workshop team at our store in George.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the workshop operations efficiently
• Provide expertise in 2-stroke, 4-stroke, and diesel engines
• Lead a team of mechanics, ensuring high productivity and quality standards
• Maintain strong management and people skills to foster a positive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of two to five years of post-trade experience
• In-depth knowledge of various engine types (2-stroke, 4-stroke, diesel)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Valid driver’s licence
