Business Development Manager
Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for a set target in Project Sales. The solutions provided to clients can vary from standardised packages, specialty membrane applications to biological treatment solutions.
Experience:
- 8-10 years’ experience in a relevant market related position, selling to industrial customers in the FMCG and/or mining sector.
- Must have proven track record of independently developing and selling project > R 10 million
- Must have a well-developed network of clients, partners and consultants in the private sector.
- A proven track record achieving profitable growth in the water treatment sector, using a technical / consultative sales approach.
Skills & Competences:
- Process Design capacities
- Solid Water Treatment Technology solution knowledge
- Sound understanding of Commercial Project Finance and Project Feasibility Calculations
- Sound understanding of fundamental contractual aspects
- Strong business and commercial skills
- Interpersonal skills demonstrate ability to interact at all levels
- Strong work ethics and ability to multi task
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Knowledge and certificates HSE
- English
