Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a new business representative to be the driving force behind generating and converting sales leads to contracted customers.
What will you do:
- Achieve the revenue target, as set out in the financial year budget within a twelve-month period.
- New business acquisition: generate a minimum number of customers within a twelve-month period.
- Lead conversion rate: achieve the set conversion rate versus the allotted leads supplied.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum number of potential deals in various stages of closure.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with services delivered, measured through feedback forms (after-sales service).
- Support and track target achievement through the development and maintenance of a new business development plan.
What do you need:
- At least two years of new business acquisition experience, including cold calling.
- Experience in the service industry.
- Client relationship management and/or customer service experience.
- Call centre experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
