Packaging Supervisor
Job Description
This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a Packing Supervisor within a dynamic Packing and Filling Department.
You will lead, plan, and oversee daily operations to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
You will possess a Matric qualification with mathematics as essential, complemented by five years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical or cosmetics production environment.
Supervisory training and solid expertise in Quality Management Systems are advantageous, preferably with SYSPRO or comparable software knowledge. A strong command of MS Office is also required.
You will bring assertive leadership skills, a keen sense of prioritisation, and the ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring smooth daily packing and filling processes.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive approach to supervising staff performance and adherence to GMP standards.
You will maintain rigorous standards in health, safety, and compliance documentation, consistently manage production flow, investigate deviations, and deliver performance evaluations to meet operational targets.
