Insurance Sales Agents

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents with qualifications in RE5, Class of Business (COB), and NQF Level 4 or 5 to join our client in Sandton. The successful candidates will focus on short-term and long-term insurance sales, engaging potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in a fast-paced sales environment, specifically within the insurance industry, and who meet all regulatory and qualification requirements.

POSITION

Insurance Sales Agents (Short-Term and Long-Term) – Outbound Call Center

LOCATION

Sandton -Gauteng

SALARY

• Three Month retainer
• Uncapped commission structure

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to offer short-term and long-term products
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Present product features and benefits to clients in a clear persuasive manner
• Accurately capture client information and follow the necessary administrative processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
• Stay up to date on the latest insurance products, industry trends and regulatory
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently discuss products offering

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an outbound sales environment – Insurance
• Previous experience at brokerages is welcome
• Regulatory Examination (RE5) Certificate is mandatory
• Class of Business (Short-Term or Long-Term Insurance) qualification required
• NQF Level 4 or 5 in insurance or related field required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex clearly and convincingly
• A passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
