About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Application Manager to oversee and maintain smooth technical support operations across SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors platforms. This role will be central in ensuring service stability, driving system enhancements, and supporting business requirements with high-quality, reliable solutions.
You will lead a team of specialists and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery, strong governance, and continuous optimisation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.
Key Responsibilities
Application Management & Support

Oversee day-to-day operations, performance, and stability of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related integrations.

Ensure SLA adherence, incident resolution, and effective change management processes.

Manage integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.
Leadership & Governance
-
Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experts, including external service providers.

Define and enforce standards, policies, and procedures for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors management.

Act as the primary contact for business leaders on system capabilities, issues, and roadmaps.
Enhancements & Projects

Drive system improvements, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives.

Manage business-as-usual SAP HCM-related projects from initiation to delivery.

Oversee testing, release management, and periodic system upgrades.
Stakeholder Management
-
Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Provide functional and technical expertise on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors capabilities and best practices.

Ensure compliance with data protection, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

ITIL Certification or similar.
-
Advanced knowledge of SAP service delivery principles and project planning.
-
Technical expertise in SAP Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organisational Management.

Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules: Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee Central (with Talent modules an advantage).

Familiarity with SAP Self-Service applications and ABAP (advantageous).

Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Experience with JIRA or similar change management tools.

Involvement in 2-3 full lifecycle SAP HCM or SuccessFactors implementation projects.
