We are looking for a proactive Regional HR Officer to deliver HR support across multiple sites. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and staff, you will ensure effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with employment law, and consistent support on all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and engagement.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety, and company policies.

Support appraisals, training, and staff development initiatives.

Assist with payroll, benefits, contracts, and leave management.

Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting.
Person Specification
Qualifications

Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) desirable.
Experience
-
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site role.

Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
