Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire an office-based sales team. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting targets, and building a high-performing team that improves client satisfaction and sales results.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:

Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Ensure strong leadership performance and a positive team culture.
Sales Strategy & Performance:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Monitor and report on sales performance.
Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Administration & Planning:

Plan business meetings, schedules, and client engagements.

Utilize MS Office and internal systems for sales recording and documentation.
Job Requirements

Strong leadership experience and ideally proven leadership performance.

Sales experience in an office environment.
