The Role – Your Next Big Opportunity!

Assisting the IT Manager and Head of IT’s functions by supporting and managing the CPT IT team, back office servers and servicesSupporting an Azure/Office 365 cloud environment and Identities eg: Entra ID, Intune, Compliance and Security as wells as Supporting all back office related products eg: Active Directory, SQL, ServiceDesk ticketing system, Anti-Virus, SCCM, VM Ware, Citrix

 

 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installing, configuring, updating, and maintaining server software/hardware
  • Managing and maintaining company’s backup systems. (Veeam, Azure Backup)
  • Managing technical services of Windows network infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Group Policy and Microsoft Intune
  • Maintaining security within the network (SentinelOne, Tenable, FortiClient, Mimecast, ISO27001 standards)
  • Maintaining and assisting with the IT infrastructure (LAN cabling, Server Room related)
  • Monitoring & ensuring uptime of the IT infrastructure
  • 3rd level support or escalation of IT Helpdesk calls
  • Ensure that the companies IT standards & policies are adhered to
  • Ensuring security of the systems, apps and environment.
  • Managing the Vox internal IT suite of applications and services.
  • Assist with all IT projects including Upgrades (Server OS, Applications, etc) & Rollouts/Migrations.
  • Assist with Risk /Governance related tasks and projects
  • Keep up to date documentation of system processes and new implementations etc.
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks are done with relevant reporting completed
  • Ensure the documentation of Processes and Projects are completed

  • Flexible with working hours. Availability to work afterhours – Overtime will be required
  • Standby may be required
  • Be prepared to sacrifice personal time to get the outstanding issue resolved or call done.
  • Knowledge of scripting and data extraction from Office 365, Active Directory and Windows
