We are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Designer to join an innovative creative team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow brands-whether building new ones from scratch or refreshing existing identities. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creative leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that are both visually impactful and strategically smart.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development for new brands and brand refreshes, from concept to rollout

Translate brand strategies into visual systems, identities, and design executions

Create compelling presentations and pitch work that communicates ideas clearly

Develop brand assets across logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography, packaging, digital, and print

Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure brand consistency

Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback
-
Stay up-to-date on design trends, cultural insights, and local/global brand movements
Skills & Experience:
-
4-7 years of design experience, ideally in branding or a design agency

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and refresh projects

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with working knowledge of Figma/Adobe XD and After Effects

Balance of conceptual thinking and practical design execution

Strong presentation and communication skills, confident explaining creative rationale

Detail-oriented with a passion for typography, craft, and visual storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams
Bonus Points:

Experience with packaging design, digital branding, or motion graphics

Mentoring or guiding junior designers
