Your Mission:
You will lead the daily operations of the PBA and Final Assembly department, ensuring production targets are hit, quality standards are met, and your team is fully engaged and performing at their best. You’ll oversee everything from production planning and staff allocation to process optimization and inventory control.
What You’ll Do:

Production Leadership: Coordinate with planners, manage production lines, and hit daily targets.

Team Management: Supervise operators, solder hands, testers, and QC staff; monitor performance and drive engagement.

Staff Allocation: Analyze workloads and assign the right people to the right tasks; manage labor requisitions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure IPC standards are met; collaborate on NCR resolutions; complete audits and documentation.

Inventory Control: Monitor consumables and materials; conduct stock counts; coordinate with Stores for replenishment.

Process Optimization: Identify and remove production bottlenecks; drive SOP adherence and efficiency.

Safety & Housekeeping: Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Reporting & Communication: Host daily team huddles, update visual boards, and report KPIs to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in a supervisory role in electronics manufacturing (PBA and final assembly experience required).

Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and production processes.

Skills: Leadership, staff planning, problem-solving, communication, and technical know-how in soldering and assembly processes.
