SALES FORCE APPLICATION: OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION

A leading integrated FMCG enterprise seeks to appoint a dynamic graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in sales support and operations for their Sales Force application suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users for various processes and systems. Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
- Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the application
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, including troubleshooting guides, and user training videos
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to communicate client feedback, issues, and suggestions for product enhancements
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust
- Issue Tracking: Utilize support ticketing system (JIRA) to track and manage support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Product Validation: Participate in product validation of new features, understanding and documenting new features and communicating new feature releases to users
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on support issues, trends, and resolutions to team lead for review and analysis
A relevant Business/Marketing Degree is essential. Own vehicle with valid RSA drivers’ license is required. At least 2 years direct experience in a customer facing support role in an IT Driven environment is key.
