Job Description
A dynamic logistics company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with strong organizational and communication skills to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Responsibilities:

Manage general administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

Maintain accurate records and databases.

Assist with internal and external communication using email and other office tools.

Support team members with day-to-day operational needs.

Prepare reports and documents as required.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant administrative experience, preferably within general or logistics industries.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Female candidates from Black demographic preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment.
