Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute all aspects of marketing for a growing, sustainability-focused company in the recycled plastics industry. This is a full-scope, one-person role covering content creation, digital campaigns, brand development, event coordination, and podcast management. Working closely with the CEO, the ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership, going beyond KPIs to help drive the company’s mission of turning plastic waste into valuable resources.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Skilled in digital tools, copywriting, and project management
• Experience in managing digital channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, newsletter)
• Experience in tracking and reporting performance (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.)

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 

• Oversee content creation, SEO updates, and campaign execution
• Coordinate podcast production and content repurposing
• Plan and manage events, collateral, and brand materials
• Support lead generation, CRM updates, and performance analysis
• Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and budget
• Align marketing with company goals and collaborate across teams
