National Sales Manager | CLM Brands | National
Job Description
CLM Brands is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager with proven experience working at a National level in the Spirit Industry to lead its sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, support regional teams, and strengthen relationships with key clients and trade partners. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth market insight, and a commitment to service excellence, compliance, and company ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage national sales strategy and targets.
- Track regional performance and guide reps.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage external merchandising partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and trade partners.
- Support reps with customer acquisition and retention.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure service excellence.
- Oversee CRM use and sales data accuracy (e.g., Repforce, Power BI).
- Consolidate regional sales reports.
- Ensure product availability and promotional execution.
- Ensure adherence to liquor regulations and company ethics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 5–7 years’ sales experience (liquor/FMCG)
- Team management experience
- CRM tool proficiency
