Job Description
Are you an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a background in the industrial or mining sector? Our client, a leading name in the Wear Protection industry, is looking for a sales manager.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving strategic growth across industrial markets, managing key accounts, and developing a high-performing sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding brand presence within heavy-duty sectors while aligning with the company’s vision and sales targets.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the industrial and mining sectors.

Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships.

Lead, mentor, and support a results-oriented sales team.

Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped industrial markets.

Collaborate with product development and marketing to ensure market alignment.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales management experience within the industrial or mining sectors.

Strong understanding of PPE, workwear, or activewear tailored for heavy-duty environments.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and long-term contracts.

Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
NB: Experience working with clients in the mining or industrial space is essential
