FRANCHISING
- Liaison with interested applicants regarding franchising
- Vetting and approval of questionnaires for franchise presentation attendance
- Franchise presentations
- Review and processing of full application forms
- Documentation preparation prior to interview appointment
- Interviews/meetings with prospective franchisees
- Approval or rejection of applicants and distribution of relevant documentation. Vetting of prospective franchisees.
- Site selection discussion and preparation, including site visits
- Assistance with lease negotiations, i.e. marking up of OTL’s
- Drawing up and signing of Franchise Agreements . Ensure all Franchise agreements are up to date .
- Co-ordination of activity meeting with relevant Support Office departments
- Maintenance and updating of Franchise Agreements and Disclosure Documents
- Update and keep current all corporate store leases
- Approval of all Corporate store sites and leases with the New Buisness & Development Manager
- Liaison with existing franchise partners
- Liaison with landlords and leasing agents
- Notification and preparation of Franchise Agreement renewals
- Store sales – overseeing the entire process
- Oversee the Sorbet Preneur prgramme and site selection
STORE DEVELOPMENT
- Overseeing new store builds in conjunction with Store Development Manager
- Notification of revamps and overseeing thereof
- Develop a pool of potential franchisees and potential sites for Sorbet & Sorbet Man .
- To carry out any other reasonable instruction that may be given by leadership from time to time, in line with the company’s flexibility policy.
