About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to take full ownership of construction and fit-out projects across multiple sites. This role requires a strong leader with hands-on technical knowledge, the ability to manage teams and subcontractors, and the drive to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction and fit-out projects.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, with strict adherence to scope.

Maintain strong on-site presence with regular site visits and active supervision.

Manage workforce productivity through daily task allocation, attendance tracking, and issue resolution.

Oversee material flow management, ensuring no delays due to shortages.

Coordinate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors to avoid work stoppages.

Enforce strict quality control standards, ensuring minimal snagging at handover.

Identify, escalate, and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ site-based project management experience in construction, fit-out, or related fields.

Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, finishing trades, and building systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.

Ability to read and implement architectural and technical drawings.

Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Solid understanding of South African construction safety regulations.

Skilled in subcontractor and supplier management.
