• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience as an HR Practitioner with at least 5 years in a Managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources | Industrial Psychology | Labour Relations or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR Software systems 
• Experience in the shipping | logistics | freight forwarding or transport sector an advantage
• Visible | Hands-on | Strategic management style required
• Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
