We’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience Expert who loves solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and (bonus points!) knows their way around a bike. Based in our Stellenbosch office, you’ll play a key role in supporting our US customers-from handling insurance claims and guiding them through queries to driving sales and retention.
Working Hours
This is a full-time office-based role, with hours from 5 pm – 2 am (aligned with US time zones and adjusted for daylight savings).
What You’ll Do

Manage the full claims process from lodgement to settlement, ensuring accuracy and fairness.

Engage with customers to convert quotes into active policies and strengthen retention.

Deliver empathetic, professional support across calls, emails, and live chat.

Collaborate with your team to hit sales, claims, and service targets.

Keep detailed electronic records and complete all tasks within service standards.
What You’ll Bring

2-3 years of customer service or claims handling experience with proven performance.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A collaborative spirit with a hunger to learn and grow.

Own transport and preferably based in Stellenbosch or nearby.

Technical knowledge of bikes (a plus, but not a dealbreaker-we’ll train you!).
