A leading player in the plant hire and equipment rental industry is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to take ownership of the company’s financial operations, compliance, and strategic reporting. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment and can partner with management to ensure financial stability and growth.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom or equivalent).
✅ Professional qualification (CA(SA) or CIMA) preferred.
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the plant hire, construction, or heavy equipment sector.
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
✅ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small finance team.
✅ High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
