Job Summary:

The Sales development representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales through product knowledge and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
– Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
– Support customers with product inquiries and provide information on features and benefits
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
– Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Customer-focused attitude with a positive and friendly demeanor
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
– Basic math skills for processing transactions
– Availability to work flexible hours
