Job purpose:
Responsible for delivering an effective, efficient, and integrated HR function that supports employees, management, and external stakeholders. This role ensures the implementation of best-practice HR processes in line with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
Key Accountable Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate recruitment processes in compliance with company policy and legislation.
  • Accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
  • Effective handling of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
  • Contribution to HR strategy and delivery of HR projects within agreed timeframes.
  • Compliance with Employment Equity and diversity reporting obligations.
Competency and qualification requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Postgraduate diploma /Honours degree in Human Resource Management (desirable)
  • 3 years’ experience in Labour Relations Matters
  • 3 years’ experience in Employment Equity Matters
  • 4 years’ experience in HR Administration & HR Reporting
