Our Client is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Insurance Service Agents at the entry level. As an Insurance Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients seeking insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about insurance products and services.
2. Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and policy amendments.
3. Process insurance quotes and policy applications accurately and efficiently.
4. Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to customers.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
– Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
