We’re looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Packaging Graphic Designer to join a creative studio based in the beautiful Cape Winelands.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for visual storytelling through packaging. As the Packaging Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in conceptualising and executing design solutions that reflect the brand’s values and aesthetic, across a wide range of packaging formats.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conceptualise and design innovative packaging across multiple product lines
● Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams
● Create dielines and ensure technical accuracy of all print-ready artwork
● Oversee the full packaging design process, from concept to final print
● Liaise with suppliers and troubleshoot print-related challenges
● Maintain visual consistency across all packaging formats
● Research and implement packaging trends and sustainable materials
● Conduct mock-ups and in-house testing for design practicality and visual impact

Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on packaging
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
● In-depth understanding of preparing and exporting files for print
● Excellent attention to detail and a flair for visual storytelling
● Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
● Confident working within a corporate identity while delivering fresh ideas
● Fluent in Afrikaans and English
● Strong team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
