Position: General Sales Assistant
Location: Retail store in Claremont

Job Description:
– Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
– Providing excellent customer service at all times
– Maintaining a tidy and organized store environment
– Ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively
– Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
– Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
– Promoting sales and special offers to customers
– Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
– Must have completed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
– Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Basic math skills for processing transactions
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
– Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
