An IT Service Desk Engineer position has become available at an international manufacturing company.  This role is responsible for delivering first-line technical support to users in the region, ensuring swift and effective resolution of IT-related issues across hardware, software, and network domains. This role acts as the primary point of contact for incident and request management.

Must have  Matric/Grade 12, a Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, a minimum of a National Certificate / Diploma in Information Technology is required with at least 3 years’ experience as an IT Service Desk Engineer  or similar, a strong hardware and software support background, experience with print and file servers, inventory and asset management, meeting/collaboration room equipment and software,  and ticketing systems.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
