Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious 4 / 5 star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
– Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
– Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities
– Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
– Clean and sanitize bathrooms
– Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies
– Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor
– Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures
– Provide exceptional customer service to guests
– Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Hotel Room Attendant in a 4 / 5 star hotel preferred
– Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to work efficiently and independently
– Strong customer service and communication skills
– Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
