Our client, luxury retailer brand is seeking a Retail Planner to join their young and innovative team in Cape Town. You’ll manage inventory, sales forecasting, and category planning to ensure profit and stock optimization across all stores. You will play a key role in seasonal planning, markdown strategy, and category performance—driving commercial success while supporting the visual identity of the brand.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Business, Commerce, or Retail Planning.
3+ years’ experience in a planning or merchandise role.
Advanced Excel and strong reporting skills.
Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (e.g., JustEnough, Oracle RMS).
Detail-driven with strong commercial acumen.
