Engineering Manager Full Time NEW

You’ll play a key role in shaping their digital infrastructure and energy platform — from designing tools that optimize solar performance to building intelligent systems that power our customers’ decisions. You’ll lead a talented engineering team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and solving complex real-world problems. Your leadership will directly impact how we scale, operate, and deliver value to customers across regions.

Requirements:
• 10 years’ experience in the solar industry with 5 years in a managerial position
• Experience in technical consulting, EPC or Asset Management
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, structural design components and solar equipment manufactures
• Registration with ECSA
• Proficiency in PVSyst, Solargis, AutoCAD, Sketchup, PVCase and Homer

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement
• Guide the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for monitoring and managing solar energy assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and data teams to shape roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions
