We are looking for an experienced and technically-minded Technical Sales Representative with a strong background in refrigeration products and services. The ideal candidate will possess solid industry knowledge, excellent customer service abilities, and the drive to grow sales and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and call-in customers by accurately identifying their product and service needs.

Provide detailed information on product ranges and guide customers toward the best solutions.

Persuade and convert potential customers into loyal buyers through confident communication and product knowledge.

Educate customers on product specifications, service options, and warranties.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Contribute to the branch’s sales targets through effective planning and proactive client engagement.


Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical or sales role, specifically within the refrigeration industry.

Education:

Matric (Grade 12) is required.

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong refrigeration product knowledge.

Sound technical industry acumen and understanding of business operations.

Excellent customer service orientation with a hands-on approach.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in dealing with a range of customer profiles and technical questions.
