Responsibilities
• Drive development of high-quality web and mobile applications by applying your technical expertise across the full SDLC.
• Embrace DevOps best practices through containerisation and continuous integration, while continuously exploring and implementing innovative technologies to enhance innovation and product quality.
• Lead by example through professionalism, collaboration, and mentorship.
• Support team growth by championing change, fostering a positive culture, and guiding peers to uphold high standards and accountability.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data security and industry regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Proficient in software engineering fundamentals and committed to clean code and best practices.
• Excellent command of Java/JavaScript/.NET.
• Master of various technologies with the agility to adapt to new frameworks.
• Able to architect and structure small projects within and enterprise environment.
• Company’s tech stack includes Java, Python, .NET, Angular, Express, Webpack, NPM, and MongoDB, amongst others.
