Cartrack is a leading global provider of data analytic solutions for mobile asset management, asset recovery and workforce optimisation based on a proven Software-as-a-Service platform. Fleet management, Stolen Vehicle Recovery and insurance telematics services remain its core business, with a focus on technology development to enhance customer experience. The company is a service-centric organisation focusing on the in-house design, development and installation of telematics technology and data analytics.  We are looking for individuals who can help us grow our client base and enhance our customer experience. 

The main purpose of the position is to sell Cartrack products to prospective clients (both inbound and outbound) and achieve target.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing commercial clients and ensure that targets are met
  • Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard
  • Accurate data capturing
  • Ensure compliance with the POPI Act
  • Obtain referrals from current clients
  • Create awareness by distributing marketing material
  • Generate quotations and follow-up.
  • Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client
  • E-mail completed subscriber form to client for signature and receive back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client signature
  • Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing
  • Follow up on fitment scheduling
  • Contact client to confirm scheduled appointment
  • Follow-up if appointment was not honoured. 
  • Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc.
  • Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information / training sessions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification / University Degree
  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
  • 1 year Telemarketing / Call Centre Sales experience advantageous
  • Attention to Detail
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Listening Skills
  • Time Management

Nice to have:

  • Experience in solution selling / Saas.

Job Type & Contract Length:

  • Fixed Term contract/Permanent based on experience and qualification. Our FTCs range from 3 months to 6 months.
