A reputable roofing contractor is seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects across Paarl and Cape Town. We are looking for a hands-on, experienced professional with strong leadership and site coordination skills.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project delivery 
• Supervise roofing teams and subcontractors 
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations 
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants 
• Manage materials, timelines, and budgets 

 
Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing or construction site management 
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation processes 
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and sites 
• Valid driver’s license and own transport essential 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
