    OHS Care is actively recruiting for a qualified Occupational Health Clinic Administrator to work at an onsite clinic in Enstra (Springs). 

    Duties including but not limited to:

    • Scheduling appointments
    • Clinic administration
    • Records management in an electronic database
    • Regulatory compliance
    • Medical supplies maintenance
    • Managing patient files
    • Improving facility efficiency and quality

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07H30-14H00


Candidate Requirements

    Desired Qualifications & Experience:

    • Senior Certificate
    • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Package)
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a clinic or similar environment 
    • Occupational Health Certificates (Audio / Vision or Spirometry) will be advantageous
    • Medical Office Administrative certification or Administrative Qualification is beneficial
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Experience in scheduling appointments
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
    • Experience working in a medical office setting
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information
    • Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
    • Organisational, leadership and people skills
