Building Foreman Required – Residential Project (R25 Million) | Durbanville, Clara Anna Fontein

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Building Foreman to lead the on-site management of a premium residential development in the prestigious Clara Anna Fontein Estate. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Oversee daily site operations and manage all building activities.
 
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradesmen, and site workers.
 
Ensure construction is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
 
Maintain high safety and quality control standards on site.
 
Schedule inspections and manage site logistics.
 
Report to the Project Manager on progress and issues.
 
Manage site documentation, including site diaries and progress reports.
 
 
Requirements: 
Minimum 8 years’ experience in residential construction, with at least 3 years in a foreman role.
 
Strong leadership and communication skills.
 
Sound knowledge of building methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
 
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
 
Experience in high-value residential builds is essential.
 
Reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
