We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced delivery environment. The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing skills, experience coordinating small teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute test strategies, cases, and scripts for both functional and non-functional testing.
• Lead and coordinate daily testing activities for a small test team, including task allocation and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure complete understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct comprehensive testing (system, integration, regression, UAT) across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Log, manage, and track defects, facilitating timely resolutions with development teams.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with risk-based testing priorities.
• Maintain detailed test documentation and contribute to continuous test process improvements.
• Support automation testing by coordinating with automation testers and creating basic test scripts as needed.
• Mentor junior testers and oversee work of contract resources where applicable.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD practices.

• Deep knowledge of test methodologies, SDLC, and defect management tools.
• Proven leadership in coordinating test teams across multiple projects or workstreams.

• High attention to detail and commitment to test accuracy and data validation.
• Flexibility to thrive in fast-moving Agile environments.

Critical Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years in software testing, including 1-2 years leading a small team.
• Strong background in manual testing with working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, SoapUI).
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
• Domain experience in retail, ERP, POS, CRM, or e-commerce systems is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Understanding of API testing and modern web/mobile testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
