Wat jy gaan doen:

• Oorsig hou oor die daaglikse verwerking van hoë-volume transaksies op Sage Online vir drie maatskappye.

• Daaglikse rekonsiliasies van alle transaksies, insluitend debiteure, krediteure, en operasionele transaksies.

• Verslae doen vir kliënte en bestuur van die rekenmeestersfirma se finansiële bedrywighede.

• Nou saamwerk met ‘n junior rekenmeester om akkuraatheid in verwerking en rekonsiliasie te verseker.

• Opstel van finansiële state, insluitend proefbalanse, en verseker nakoming van finansiële regulasies.

Waarna ons soek:

• Minimum van 5 jaar ervaring as rekenmeester.

• Ervaring in hoë-volume transaksieverwerking en daaglikse rekonsiliasies.

• Vaardigheid in Excel en Sage Online.

• Sterk begrip van finansiële regulasies en verslagdoening vereistes.

• Aandag aan detail en ‘n verbintenis tot akkuraatheid.

• Vermoë om streng sperdatums te nakom en onder druk te werk.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the daily processing of high-volume transactions on Sage Online for three companies.

• Daily reconciliations of all transactions, including debtors, creditors, and operational transactions.

• Reporting to clients and managing the accounting firm’s financial operations.

• Collaborating closely with a junior accountant to ensure accuracy in processing and reconciliation.

• Preparing financial statements, including trial balances, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant.

• Proven experience in high-volume transaction processing and daily reconciliations.

• Proficiency in Excel and Sage Online.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
