Service Technician HVAC – Netherlands
Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently searching for a motivated and technically skilled Service Technician HVAC to join our client’s team in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a background in electrical engineering or installation technology who is passionate about delivering high-quality HVAC service and maintenance solutions.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in climate control systems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including NEN3140 and F-Gas standards.

Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance work performed.

Collaborate with clients and colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment.

Keep up to date with advancements in HVAC technologies and industry standards.
Requirements:

A completed MBO Level 4 education in Electrical Engineering or Installation Technology.

Additional certifications such as Electrical Switching, NEN3140, F-Gas Certification, and CO Craftsmanship are highly advantageous.

Strong technical understanding of service, asset management, and maintenance processes—or a willingness to grow in these areas.

A broad interest in technology and a drive to continuously learn and improve.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a client-focused attitude.
